Yo!Yo!Yo! It’s the 2nd day of the 2nd month in 2010!! Idk why I said that but it must be significant!! lol I am glad January has came and gone! Lets take a moment (right here)(right now) and just say thank you to God for bringing us through and giving us another chance to get things right! That wasn’t hard, now was it? Continue to thank him for he desires our thankfulness!!

Today’s Word:

Have you ever thought about how your love affects your giving? I’ve heard it said that you can give without loving, but you can’t love without giving. Love prompts us to give of ourselves—our time, abilities, and resources. Think about the fact that God is love. The scripture tells us that the world will know we are His followers by our love.

Make this your month of giving, remember to take time to focus on the greatest gift of all, the gift of eternal life through Jesus. If you’ve never received this gift, I invite you to open your heart and pray this simple prayer: “Lord Jesus, I come to You today, giving You all that I am. I repent of my sins and confess that I need You. I believe You died and rose for me. Be my Lord and Savior and make me new today. I receive Your love and Your gift of eternal life.”

Father in heaven, thank You for loving me and setting me free. I choose to serve You with my whole heart all the days of my life. Help me love others the way You love me. Give me opportunities to be a blessing everywhere I go. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
